BRUN was founded in 2023 by siblings Alice and Jake Koller.
Growing up, Alice and Jake relocated to Denmark where they discovered the magic of pastry.

For us, BRUN is a place to explore, enjoy and create fascinating pastries. We try not to follow conventions or stick to definitions and just happily create things that we love.
